Color-activating treatment for ultra pale blonde highlights is a color-depositing deep conditioner that helps neutralize yellow undertones to refresh, brighten and enhance ultra pale blonde highlights while adding multi-dimensional shine. After shampooing, work a sufficient amount evenly through towel-dried hair. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse. For deeper color deposit, leave on up to 5 minutes
